ASJA PNW Meeting 2023-10

Thirteen writers from Oregon, Washington, and British Columbia joined the October meeting of ASJA PNW.

The chapter has invited Jack El-Hai, an ASJA member with expertise in performance rights contracts, to speak at the November 15th meeting.

Plans are also in the works to schedule two more guest speakers for the spring of 2024. Potential topics discussed at the meeting: public speaking for writers, the use of AI and the legal implications of AI.

Michelle Rafter noted that ASJA and Gotham Ghostwriters will co-host a one-day live conference of professional ghostwriters in New York City in January.
